About us
The Latin American Foundation for Development, FLADES (in Spanish), was legally constituted by Resolution No. 341/92 of December 1992, registered in the Vice Ministry of Autonomies of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in February 2016 and has the NIT number 150220029.
Vision
We aspire to a self-sustaining and developed Bolivia, economically autonomous, diversified and integrated, technologically advanced, environmentally friendly, culturally strong and proud of its roots.
Mission
Promote the rapprochement and articulation of the different strategic actors of national development, to focus the present and future debate on the ideas, actions and agreements that enable the creation of its own and sustained path of economic, social and environmental development.
